We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.

- T.S. Eliot

I provide therapy for stressed out adults who have recently undergone a significant life transition. Oftentimes the effects of a major life transition like a loss, trauma or becoming a new parent show up in other ways – including mood disturbances, withdrawal from activities or isolation. In my work with adults, I have found that the issues that are affecting your life can show up as feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and overwhelm. This can be hard on you and can have a ripple effect on those around you.

The most important part of therapy is the work that we do to build trust. It’s important for you to have a space where you feel like you can tell your story without feeling judged.

I have over 12 years of experience providing therapy and counseling for adults, and I love seeing their transformation through the use of art therapy and talk therapy. I draw from creativity and attachment based theory to help you gain the skills and resources you need. I offer one-on-one support virtually. I support adults with generalized anxiety, self esteem, life transitions, identity exploration, and parenting challenges.

I understand how hard it can be for you to find the right therapist. My primary goal is to form a strong connection between you and I so that you feel safe expressing your thoughts in a judgment free zone. I will listen to your struggles and work together with you to develop a plan to help you achieve your goals

Therapy can have a lasting effect on how you view the world, offer comfort in a time of emotional and mental challenges, and give you a space to say the things that are making you feel anxious, angry and disconnected from others.

As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. my areas of focus include:
Grief Counseling | Teen Therapy | Support for Parents | Anxiety issues | Imposter Syndrome | Trauma | Body Image

If you’re ready to get started, I always offer a 15-min consult to see if we are a good fit. I’d love to help you or a member of your family get the help they need to live better.

When I’m not working, I am usually knee-deep in some sort of home- or family-oriented project. Surprising others with events or outings that I’ve planned is something I always look forward to. And in my free time, I am constantly reorganizing my home or making changes to reduce some of the chaos of life that three children bring!
