We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.

- T.S. Eliot

I provide therapy for adults who have experienced struggles with anxiety, depression or relationship issues.. In my work with couples, I have found that the issues that are affecting your relationship can show up as feelings of tension, anger, resentment, loneliness, detachment, or confusion. Relationship struggles can manifest in frequent arguing and erosion of trust. This can be hard on both you and your partner and can jeopardize the future of your relationship.

The most important part of therapy for couples is the work that we do to build trust, improve communication, and find safety in being vulnerable. Engaging in therapy with a neutral party will support you and your partner in restoring the relationship. It’s important for you to have a space where you and your partner feel like you can explain the range of emotions you are each experiencing without feeling judged.

I have over 20 years of experience providing counseling for adults and couples and I love seeing their transformation through the use of art therapy and talk therapy. I employ creativity and coping tools to help couples gain the skills and resources they need to restore their relationship. I offer in person support for both individuals and couples. I support adults with anxiety, low self esteem, depression, identity exploration, and relationship challenges.

I understand how hard it can be for you to find the right therapist. Couples Therapy can have a lasting effect on how you show up in your relationship, offer comfort in a time of emotional turmoil, and give you and your partner a space to say the things that are making you feel hurt, disconnected, angry and frustrated.\

As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, my areas of focus include:
Couples Counseling | Depression | Anxiety | Life Transitions | Low Self Esteem

If you’re ready to get started, I always offer a 15-min consult to see if we are a good fit. I’d love to help you or a member of your family get the help they need to live better.

Family is the most important element of my life. Art is also a big priority, as I am an artist working with a wide range of mediums. I pride myself in having my artwork on display around the world.
